Product Notes: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, baking soda
You will need: 1 3/4 c buttermilk and 6 oz cold and cubed butter
Directions: In a 5 quart mixer, add the dry ingredients.
Cut and cube cold butter. Add the butter to the flour mixture and
mix for about 2 minutes. Add the buttermilk and mix to combine.
Using a rolling pin, roll out dough onto a floured service to one inch thickness.
Cut with the 6 round cookie cutter. Preheat the oven to 400F.
Roll all of the dough out to make 12 biscuits. Cut and on a parchment lined sheet pan.
When ready to bake, drop the temperature to 350F.
Place the sheet pan in the oven for 12 minutes, rotating it halfway through baking.
The biscuits will be GBD! Golden Brown Delicious. Makes 12 biscuits.
